Summer Program - 2023 Summer Camps

2023 BCEF Summer Logo

The mission of the Blount County Summer Learning Program is to foster excellence through high-quality enriched learning experiences while inspiring and nourishing student curiosity and personal growth!

Summer Learning Beliefs – We believe that:

  • High impact summer learning programs are best and most productive when a whole child development approach is used.

  • In order to equip tomorrow's leaders, we must develop academically successful and emotionally strong individuals who approach the world with curiosity, creativity, and empathy.

  • Enthusiastic learning cultures have to be fostered and developed through providing a wide variety of enrichment experiences.

  • Students can be best supported for continuous improvement through an ambitious academic program rooted in student achievement and enrichment.

  • Collaborative family and community partnerships are critical to summer programming success.

The Blount County Education Foundation is pleased to collaborate again with the Blount County Board of Education to support summer learning activities for Blount County Students!!  BCEF applied for and received several grants in support of summer learning.  BCEF has a long-time commitment to providing summer learning options for our students!!  The following summarizes the options for 2023.  Contact information is included in each category.
